The Noble Creative was born out of Noble House believing in a holistic approach to vocal production for professional performers as well as crisis interventions and support for performers and creatives of all kinds.
We believe it is vital within the creative industries that we promote and understand and support the wellbeing of artists and creatives. We therefore offer a holistic approach in our work and support for those experiencing psychological crises and those wishing personal development work.
We are the ‘go to’ for those who know they need help, but know not what! Many Noble Creatives return often to our community and very much use it as a base for ‘top ups’ and to meet other supportive creatives.
Performers’ and Creatives’ Wellbeing
We can support performers and creatives with every day problems, through to specific difficulties, for example, voice loss, self esteem, confidence, performance anxiety, creative blocks and other creative and performance issues. We devise an individual plan for each client, which will nurture them back onto the stage or onward with their creativity with new resources and techniques for ongoing wellbeing maintenance.
Ali and Denise work with clients independently on each aspect of coaching: vocal technique, breath work, and personal Psyche coaching. They offer sessions on Skype with clients who are unable to attend in person. They regularly support professional performers and creatives in Scotland, throughout the UK and on an international basis.
Wellbeing through singing & breath work
‘In house’ we have developed our own creative hubs such as breath groups and embodied singing class. These are opportunities for Noble Creatives to come together – building a community for performers, creatives and those interested in the arts and self development work. This offers a secure base to return to and creates a sense of stability and belonging in a safe and empowering environment.
We are also keen to develop partnerships: currently we are working with The Junction in Edinburgh to deliver the SHINE (Singing, Healthy, Individual, Healthy, Empowered) project for teenagers.
We would welcome partnership applications in the fields of voice, performance, performers’ psychological education, performers’ mental health and wellbeing, creatives’ mental health and wellbeing, singing, personal development, crisis and distress, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress / Disorder (PTS/PTSD).
