Developed by Ali Bell and Denise Borland, Psyche Breathwork combines psychological insights with bodywork techniques to nurture self-awareness. There is an added layer of Autonomic Nervous System understanding, promoting regulation techniques and tolerance building. The Breath Intensive is a bespoke 4 day experience that caters to your unique needs and goals. Each day includes two breath/bodywork sessions, guiding you through various breathing techniques to optimise oxygen intake, release tension, and create space for meditation and reflection.
Additionally, the retreat emphasises psychological education and coaching sessions, equipping you with practical tools to integrate into your daily life. Our ultimate aim is to provide grounding techniques that promote resilience and emotional wellness.
